T33 garments are produced on demand. This does not remove the statutory rights that apply to standard catalogue products.

Standard catalogue products

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase of an eligible standard product within 14 calendar days after delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email [email protected] before the 14-day period expires and wait for return instructions.

Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You may inspect and try on a garment only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return postage cost and for the parcel until it is delivered. Do not send a return to our registered business address unless we instruct you to do so.

Refunds and exchanges

There is no restocking fee. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been returned. Direct exchanges are not offered; return the eligible item and place a new order for the required size or product.

Personalised and bespoke products

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a product is made to the consumer’s specifications or is clearly personalised, as permitted by applicable law. This exception applies to genuinely bespoke projects or products incorporating customer-selected personal content; it does not apply merely because a standard catalogue garment is produced after an order is placed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what was ordered, contact [email protected] as soon as possible and include the order number and clear photographs. Where the claim is valid, T33 will provide the appropriate legal remedy and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Natural wear, incorrect washing, stains, cracking, fading or damage caused by misuse are not production defects. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights or the applicable legal guarantee.
