Personalised Products & Right of Withdrawal

T33 Store products are prepared on demand for each order. The product is created after purchase according to the chosen item, size, colour, artwork and order details.

Under European consumer rules, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

For this reason, once production has started, orders for personalised or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded for change of mind.

This does not affect the customer’s legal rights when a product is defective, damaged, misprinted, incorrect or not as described.
